A hundred obedient steps. Help me take this one.

I don’t know what exactly you want me to write. I don’t really know where this is going. But I know I’m supposed to write. So here I am.

A hundred obedient steps. You’ve led me so far already, just one step at a time. I can look back to just over two years ago, when this journey really got interesting, and I could only take a single, tiny step at a time. That was enough for you. The girls and I said yes to following you, and our whole world changed in an instant. We watched in awe as you walked us out of a bad situation, as you provided for us even when we couldn’t see a way. We marveled at the ways you were able to orchestrate miracles out of nothing. And you promised, as long as I kept taking one obedient step at a time, this would be our life. Glorious. Victorious. All in your name.

Now you call me to share my stories, the stories of the works you’re doing here. Where do I even start with that?? What can I possibly write to do justice to the praise you deserve? Show me, just as you have been, one step at a time if that’s what it takes.
